If you need to cancel or postpone an arranged session, please give at least 48 hours notice otherwise the full price for the session will be charged.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>I reserve some slots each week at significantly reduced rates for people on low incomes. I feel that counselling should be available to all and price should not be a barrier. Please contact me to discuss if you feel you fall into this category.<\/p>\n<h4>Couples<\/h4>\n<p>I offer a free first face to face session of 50 minutes, to establish whether we are well suited to working together and establish a framework for proceeding. There is no obligation to continue beyond that first session.<\/p>\n<p>Subsequent sessions will be 90 minutes at a cost of \u00a3100 per session. Normally I recommend meeting every two weeks for six sessions initially. By that time hopefully progress will be evident and you can decide whether more sessions are appropriate. In any case, there is no obligation and you can terminate sessions at any point, though&nbsp;<span style=\"background-color: var(--ast-global-color-5); font-size: 1rem;\">please give at least 48 hours notice otherwise the full price for the session will be charged.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>I reserve some slots each week at reduced rates for people on low incomes.
